Conductive slip ring used in automatic labeling machine
As the name implies, the automatic labeling machine is used to attach labels to designated packaging containers or products. Label paper types include paper labels and metal foil labels. The packaging containers can be packaging cartons, plastic glass bottles, reagent tubes, and various products that need to be labeled.
Automatic labeling machines generally include unwinding wheels, buffer wheels, guide rollers, drive rollers, rewinding wheels, peeling plates, labeling rollers and control systems. Each system coordinates to complete the entire labeling process under the control signal. The conveyor belt of the labeling machine feeding system will feed the items to be labeled at a uniform speed, and the sensor signal will specify the fixing device to keep the items at the same distance. The label paper driving wheel unwinds the label paper according to the pre-set interval time, and under the action of the peeling plate, the adhesive label information surface of the label is peeled off, and under the action of the labeling roller, it is synchronously, smoothly and tightly attached to the surface of the object.
The labeling machine will also set up multiple sensor systems to correct the labeling process to ensure that the label is accurately attached to the surface of the object and remains fully attached. The labeling machine can complete the labeling operation on the flat, single-sided, multi-sided, curved surface and other states of the object.
As a rotating connection component in the electromechanical system, the conductive slip ring will transmit the signal set by the control system and the combined power supply to each reel and roller to efficiently complete the labeling process. The conductive slip ring is installed on the labeling machine components by flange and through-hole method, and can transmit weak current control signals, sensor signals, etc. The working speed, product size, inlet and outlet line method, shell material, etc. of the slip ring are highly customizable.
