Different cable manufacturing machines have different requirements for slip rings, but generally speaking, the use of through-hole slip rings with larger apertures can solve current and signal transmission problems. Large-diameter through-hole slip rings can choose brush wires or carbon brushes as the contacts of the copper ring according to the required transmission current. Usually, brush wires are sufficient for currents within 50A. For currents above 50A, multiple rings can be selected at the same time as needed, or carbon brushes can be used directly to transmit large currents.
